Most important is getting dual channel RAM for a dual channel motherboard or quad channel ram for a quad channel motherboard. LGA1150 = dual channel and LGA2011 = quad channel

PCpartpicker can help with the compatibility. In terms of performance you need to look a MHz, GB's of RAM and CL. CL = the lower the better, MHz 1600 or 1866 is good enough for gaming. GB's as much as you want (within your motherboards limitations) but you'll be fine with 8GB's for gaming or 16GB for light rendering and editing. Buy the RAM in kits. So 8GB = 2 x 4GB kit for example.

is the LGA2011 is better?

Yes. LGA2011 takes Intel's high end 6-core CPU's like the 4960X and 4930K and up to 64GB's of RAM. You won't need this much power for gaming, not to mention it more expensive. Just get a good LGA1150 motherboard from a reputable company like Asus, Gigabyte or MSI and a i5 4690K if you want to overclock and a non-K if you don't plan on overclocking.

is this build good enough to run in ultra settings all kinds of games

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cq-zqQiY-OA

That video is as the title says a ultimate build for running 4K displays. A similar build would cost a lot. You can spend way less and still get great gaming performance on Ultra at 1080p. I recommend you do some research on all things PC building. This forum is a goldmine of information on the subject. I guarantee you that 99% of the questions you have, have been answered on this forum. The search bar is your friend. Most sub-topics have pinned threads explaining the basics too. Good luck :)

Can you tell me that the build I give to you is good?

Sure, others will happily help you too. Make the build you want on http://pcpartpicker.com/ and make a new thread in the New Builds and Planning sub-section on this forum. http://linustechtips.com/main/forum/18-new-builds-and-planning/
