Hi all,

Just a quick question, had a problem pop up where my system would randomly reset during gameplay..People have said PSU,GPU amongst other things, however after removing some RAM I've found the system now works as it should no further issues as far as restarting goes, so my question is, Can the RAM fail/go bad or is it more than likely the slot on the Motherboard?

I have an MSI Gaming board and I've read quite a few have been faulty of late..

Thoughts?

Most likely it is your RAM kit.

A friend of mine recently had the exact same problem and had to order another kit of ram for his system. It sucks, but honestly I'd rather replace a RAM kit than I would a motherboard, which is one way of looking at it :)

since RAM have lifetime warranty

i will replace them first

and if it does not work well RMA the board...
