What do you guys think, leave sugestions.

Please help me to decide the monitor and the ram

Thanks :):)

as usual the main use of the system

max budget is 2k?

and what res you are aiming for?

no need for 2133MHz RAMs

unless you going SLi later ditch the PSU and go for 600 Watts

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Having high frequency RAM lowers the effect overclock that you can get with Haswell/Devils Canyon CPU it also shows no appreciable performance increase over 1600mhz, it's also not necessary to have such a high end motherboard to get good overclocks. You could save some money on the motherboard and get a bigger HDD. The PSU is also overkill unless you're planning on SLI later.

save by going for i5 instead

8GB RAM is good for now, upgrade to 16GB later

upgrade the monitor to a 1440P model and AMD R9 290 to drive the monitor

swap the HDD to a WD 2TB Black series

In relation to the Mobo Z97-GD45 is surelly cool and the MSI 780Ti (http://www.msi.com/product/vga/GTX_780Ti_GAMING_3G.html#hero-overview) goes pretty awesome on it. But the processor I don't know? I5?I7? Photoshop doesn't need it ? New games don't require more power than the i5? The monitor won't be pushing too hard because of the graphics?
Oh and in Portugal we use € so prices may varie...

the GD45 is more of the mainstream board but good for the money

PCPP has the option to change to location on the top right corner of the website, change to europe regions and you might get an idea how much your pc cost in euros
