So i am wondering if i can get my temps lower by changing the air flow my current cooler is the Corsair H90

Current Air Flow

New Air Flow Maybe?

Note: i do not have the case in the images above i was just using it for an example

By doing this i think that the CPU will be getting more fresh air around it and then the exhaust fan will pull the air through the radiator of my H90 do you guys think this will improve my temps?? or am i just being stupid xD

I'm not 100% sure but I think the current one is better

I actually own that case lol. What you should want in any situation is to have more intake than exhaust.

Not only will it bring in fresh air from all directions (almost) it creates a positive air pressure inside the case resulting in more efficient exhaust.

I have two front intake fans, 3 top intake fans and the rear fan is exhaust. Bottom fans are not really necessary, and grabs the dust from the floor (not okay, silly dust.)

The PSU will benefit from being fan face down IF:

1. There is a fan filter for the PSU

2. There is ample room for the fan to breathe (there are feet in the case raising the case off the floor)

3. You arent setting your case on carpet (PSUs die so easily from carpet suffocation.)

It's good to allow the PSU to breathe from it's own source of fresh air, and not get hot air from the graphics card while fan face up.

So yes, the second link will be great :)

So basically negative airflow in the first one, positive airflow in the second. You would benefit with the second one especially if you have your rad on the rear exhaust or if you have a CPU air cooler. I wouldn't also add a bottom intake to keep at least some balance with intake. Make sure you have dust filters on all those intakes.

Wrong, it is exactly the opposite.

Negative pressure (more exhaust) will be better cooling wise.

Positive pressure (more intake) will keep the case cleaner from dust.

TL;DR Your current configuration is better.

What I would do personally would be to get a fan filter for the back exhaust and turn it into an intake and exhaust out the top

This may work only if he has H90 mounted on top. He forgot to specify if it's on the rear or top grid.

Anyway with your system he would need some other intake to provide fresh air to the GPU since most of the air coming from rear intake will go straight through top exhaust.

Most games are heavily GPU based rather than CPU so most probably the GPU will heat more than CPU. If his GPU has radial fan, then he can set the rear fan as intake to provide direct air to H90 as you suggested.

If the GPU has axial fan, then he will need rear exhaust to blow out the heat that will rise from the GPU.

One thing is sure: top must stay exhaust. Heat goes upwards, regardless of how hard you try to avoid it. Forcing air as intake on top is a bad idea because the hot air from H90 radiator (and case internal hot air) will go against it and you will get smaller airflow and consequently worse cooling performance.

EDIT: While choosing between negative and positive pressure, you have many things to keep in mind: the type of GPU fan, possible fan slots, having/not having dust filters, number of "holes" in your case, possibility for air pockets etc etc

In fact if your case has many holes (like front or side mesh grid) and/or your GPU has radial fan, then it will be hard to achieve a positive pressure.

Very important note: if you do NOT have dust filters and you are not planning to keep your internal hardware clean, then avoid negative pressure.

If dust is not a problem (so you have BOTH dust filters and the will to clean your computer) then negative pressure is generally better.

It depends on a lot of factors. For now, tell us where is H90 installed and what cooling system your GPU has.
