Can I get classic look in Windows 8.1 without installing any software? I mean classic look like this: http://imgur.com/YaKSB21

I got Start Menu back. With StartIsBack.

Yeah and that is the only software you will need to install this theme. It includes all of the files that you need to make it look like the original Windows Classic theme. Just follow the steps that are in a txt file from the zip that is on that page. Pretty easy to follow.

Just make sure to make a restore point just in case things go wrong :) I have made a mistake with themes before and usually it was a pain to fix when things went wrong. Make sure to let me know if it worked out fine :P

I only have used, StartIsBack. Haven't download the theme.
