CPU fan error at boot

Bios pops up with CPU fan error at boot. After entering setup, it's fine. How can I fix this? I googled around, and it seems this is common with my asus crosshair formula-z

Try turning the 'minimum CPU fan speed' in the bios to as low as possible or off.
