How To Get Promo Code for New GPU?

Hey guys, so for father's day I bought my dad a 750ti for his computer. whilst I was installing the latest driver one of the MOTD's said that you get Watch-Dogs when you buy a GeForce GTX card. I personally don't care for Watch_Dogs but my little brother would love to play it. There isn't a code in the box yet the GPU qualifies and came from a qualified vendor. Is this done online?

did you buy it from new egg? they will send you an email with a code and instruction on how to redeem it

i knew it was gtx 660, 760 and up. I may be wrong tho'
