Blue Yeti Voice Monitoring Question/Help

Alright SO.. I own a Blue Yeti. I'm trying to figure out a way I can use the Yeti's built in voice monitoring when I'm in a call and at the same time listen to all my other applications (Person I'm in the call with, Games, Skype sounds, Music, Netflix, Etc.). I've tried using a virtual audio cable but it has about 50ms delay and it just messes me up and I start tripping over my words because I'm too busy listening to me say things late. If you've ever used one of these applications you'll know what I'm talking about, non-delayed voice monitoring is loads easier. I've also tried Audacity. I'm willing to purchase additional hardware to pull this off to a reasonable extent. I won't go out and buy a whole new mic set up, but I'd buy a Y-cable if it did the job, which I think it might. Just need other peoples insight. Thank you for whatever help you may give me!
