[CS:GO] Looking for a team

I am quite fresh at the game and I'm pretty awful, silver 1. With this in mind, I do want to dedicate a lot of my time to getting better, so even if the team is much, much better than me, have patience and I will improve. I'm looking for a team that can play comp CSGO very often. I'd also like it if you lived in the EU. I want a group of players to befriend and spend a lot of time with. Also on a side note I am buying or taking CSGO items for TF2 items. Lastly, I'm talking all steam cards.

i play with a friends from denmark and slovenia, latency isnt that big a problem as long as its in europe.
