Where are you shopping/located? Budget?

Are you planning to sli? Why watercool?

If you ever need help with a build, read the following before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/

Since it seems that you're planning on some heavy OC'ing (hence the liquid cooling), i suggest you go with Haswell Refresh. So far they've shown to be better overclockers!

Why 16Gb of RAM O.o Are you editing O.o And if you are, then i suggest you go with 4790k, since i7 is better for editing! If you're not editing, but are gaming, then you don't really need 16Gb of RAM, atleast not at the moment...

Why 850W 80+Gold PSU O.o Do you plan on SLI O.o If you're, then it's okay, if you aren't, then go with 550W 80+Bronze/Gold PSU!

And go with Z97 Mobo

And like @WoodenMarker said, what's your budget/location?

I believe the Phantom 410 case requires a mod to mount the H110. You could go with an H100i or H105.

WD Green drives are intended for archival storage. They are not optimal as data drives. Consider instead a WD Blue or Seagate Barracuda.

The psu is overkill for the build listed. Something in the 550W - 650W would be much more appropriate.

I would suggest going with IPS monitors instead of 144MHz TN panels. Wider viewing angles and better color reproduction.

The i5-4690K will be available by the end of the month. Its base clock is 0.5 GHz higher than the i5-4670K. I would suggest waiting. Also get a Z97 motherboard. Perhaps the MSI Z97-GD65 Gaming.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
