Free Video Editing Software?

So my neighbors rig (the one I'm currently borrowing) is running Windows 8.1 64-bit.

 

I've researched for a while now and haven't seemed to find a good video editing software.

 

The best I have so far is Windows Live Movie Maker which I am personally not a fan of.

 

What video editing software do you use that is free?

EDIT: Ease of use is not an issue I like good quality software. :)

How long do you need it for. Adobe has free trial on creative cloud.

I use Blender anyway, so for small edits I will just use that. For more in-depth stuff I use Videopad.
