Hi,

I'm searching for a good CPU for a hackintosh build so it has to be a nvidea card. I will be using the rig for photo editing/gaming/video editing.

My first thought was to buy the GTX 760 which is around 212 euros. But if been reading and it seems that the GTX 660 isn't that bad either.

The games I will be playing are Battlefield multiplayer and then all the other big games and some others. Mainly FPS. Which one should I get the 760 or the 660. Go with an expensive 660 like the EVGA 3GB one. My budget is around 215 for GPU so please help me.

Thanks

Computer: MacBookPro, Imac, PC to be build this year (2014)

Camera: Nikon D90, D200, D800, D7100 (Facebook: http://paradisethroughalens.blogspot.be)

Consoles: PS1, PS2, PS3

the GTX760 is pretty much the GTX670...

why will you want to buy a last gen GPU?

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

yeah that was what i was thinking but they perform more or less the same for less price, or am I wrong. And what about a 770?

the GTX660 is a level lower than the GTX670

The GTX770 is similar to the GTX680 but the newer gen will have slightly better boost clocks and better headroom for OC

I think the Titan would be the best but I still wan't to stay in my budget a bit. I think I can scrape some someny for a 770 but for a titan I can't.
