Drop the 4770, go for a i5 4690 instead. And maybe use that extra money for a R9 290?

As others have said, for Gaming, drop the 4770, get a Z97 board and a 4690(K) Instead, and use the money on a samsung Evo 256GB SSD, a faster GPU, or something like that :)
