Need Help with new chasis

i need a chasis that is alittle smaller than a mid tower to fit a ATX board (maximus formula)

You can't really get smaller than the usual ATX configuration (PSU at bottom, 7 expansion, IO plate) except for the Corsair Air 540 which has the power supply in a seperate "area" of the case. So it's not as tall. But wider.

No they are both mid towers and they are also both only a couple mm smaller than full towers.

ATX doesn't fit in anything smaller then a mid tower that isn't a cube case like the Corsair Air 540 or a desktop like the Fractal Node 605. I suggest you watch this techquicke on cases just so you can better explain what your looking for and have a better understanding of the computer case market and how cases are classed.

The "midi" in Arc Midi means Midtower just like how "mini" in Arc Mini means Minitower

Probably. Can't get much smaller than that unless you could somehow make a custom-made case.
