Which Z97 for Pentium

Are they going to OC the same

 

lol, yeah, I almost need a VESA case. Do they pretty much have the same OC potential

So I am defiantly ordering one of those Pentiums and I was going to use it in a new HTPC after I OC'd the crap out of it in my rig. So the question is which one of these motherboards can support a mild overclock on the Pentium (4.3~4.5??) without burning up. I'm using the Silverstone RAVEN RVZ01B and I'm gonna crap cram the biggest low profile cooler I can in it. Also needs to "maybe" support a GTX 740/750...

The ASUS is a 8-pin and the MSI is a 4-pin CPU/EPS. Also the ASUS has nicer power delivery prob.

The Gigabyte one if you are on a budget. It only has a 4-pin CPU power plug but it's only a dual core at 4.5Ghz.
