To be honest, I did actually think about getting a PowerColor, but didn't for two reasons.

1. Sapphire had an extra gig of vram

2. Sapphire came with two free games

PowerColor has a 1GB and 2GB version

PowerColor one should also come with free games

I think so. It hasn't happened when I'm not gaming, simply because my heat hasn't gone over 60 without gaming.

i honestly don't think it is your graphics card. I think it is that you motherboard is getting too hot and not outputting sound correctly! But yet again it could be just a setting in games.

Hi there. When my GPU goes over 60°C, I lose all sound. Why is that? I'm using a pair of wireless USB headphones and I have never had problems with them... ever.

That's fine, but why would you merge it in the place where it's getting the LEAST views?

The older post takes precedence when merging threads. Troubleshooting is also more appropriate than the Graphics Cards section.

I don't think it was the section that contributed to the number of views but the quality of the post in the section. The original thread had missing information unlike the second. I'd suggest editing the OP with the details you had added later on.
