PCPartPicker have yet to update the list

the Z87 SaberTooth is similar to the Z97 variant you might need to refer to the product page of NZXT and Asus instead

or in doubt just email NZXT and Asus directly about compability

The biggest question is... It's quite a big CPU Cooler... Is it gonna fit inside the Corsair Air 540 with all the components? I mean like, it says that it's compatible but who knows if it still is with all the components installed inside... It also says that it's discontinued?

uh bad news

http://www.nzxt.com/product/detail/38-havik-140-cpu-cooler

it has been discontinued

so it means no longer for sale and no after sale support for that product

time to look for another model?

Yeah, I just saw that... Basically the only one that I know that's white/black is the Evo 212... Do you know any other durable and quality CPU Cooler that's white/black?

It would already give me an easier task if I had a motherboard to select on PcPartPicker to see what is compatible or not...

Only know that comes to my mind as well is the Evo 212

I could look deeper into it but I need a motherboard to base myself of from...

Let's forget the Sabranco for a little bit...

What's your opinion on these boards? http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/motherboard/?compatible_with=corsair-case-cc9011048ww#R=5,4&C=6,12,14,20,21,46&sort=d6&f=2&qq=1&s=24

Which is the best one in there in your opinion?

About the case modeling I will look more into that later on :) Right now I need to focus on a base build to have an idea of what I could build in the future.

if you ask me

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-z87extreme6

There's no Z97 of the colors that I chose... Well, damn...

There's only http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-z97a but even then that's brown...

If I want a white one it's either gonna have to be one of those that are in the list that I gave you or I'll have to wait for Sabranco...

since you are not in a hurry to build this system

it best to wait for better parts which are coming along like the Haswell Refresh 4790k which will cost the same or slightly higher than the current 4770K and that Sabranco and by that time you will be able to get ready the casing painted and ready to just install the mobo.

Yeah... I was already planning on waiting for them but you know, like... I want something to base myself off from otherwise I'll just get confused in the future...

How does PC Case painting work exactly? Like, if I want to get it done by someone else?

usually the modders will take apart the whole casing and spray each part with a prime coat which is act as a base

than they will start with the shades of white and followed by the patterns of different color and then they re-build the casing

it quite similar to how ppl re-paint their car, they will take apart the body panels for repainting

Yeah, I know that... What I mean is how are they gonna paint it? Is there certain retailers or what? I live in Ottawa, so... Not really sure how I'm supposed to get it painted...
