Ram issues, help me please.

Ok, so CPU-Z sees the 8GB of RAM, but at a peculliar frequency (1720 MHz), with some pretty bad latency and in single channel.

 

I think there's something wrong with your memory profile. What is the exact kind of memory you're using? (Manufacturer and model no.) Does it have an XMP profile? Can you load it in BIOS?

Alternatively, there could be something wrong with one of your RAM slots. Try using the other two.

and do a clean re install of the OS

Can't find the particular model. Looks like this pair, but as separate sticks. Did you purchase it as a dual-channel kit?

They should have an XMP profile. Are you able to load that in your BIOS?

It says 4147 Mb "varattu laitteistolle" (I'm finnish btw) which means reserved for hardware or something like that
