hello im trying to figure out a few thing when it comes to my computer (that i just built)

here is my build for reference

Bitfenix Prodigy
Intel Core i7-4770 Haswell 3.4GHz
EVGA GeForce GTX 770 FTW 4GB
ASUS Z97I-PLUS LGA 1150
CORSAIR CX600M 600W
CORSAIR Vengeance LP 8GB
PNY 120GB Solid State Drive
Seagate Barracuda 1TB
1 BitFenix Spectre LED Green 200mm
2 BitFenix Spectre Pro Green LED 120mm
CORSAIR Hydro Series H60

ive got my h60 pluged into two of the 3 fan headers on my mobo and ive got three other fans to connect. right now they are plugged in via molex adapters. In witch these fans are running slowwer than i like. is their anyway besides a fan controller to adjust there speed

i was wondering if there was a fan controller that was connected using molex and does not mount in a drive bay slot.  ive got one that is available, but it will restrict airflow.

im sorry if the wording is odd im not very good at trying to explain my situations

CPU- Intel i9 9900k | Motherboard- ASUS ROG Strix Z390-I | RAM- Kingston HyperX 32GB | GPU- Nvidia 2080ti Reference

Case- NCase v6.1 | Storage- x2 2tb WD m.2  | PSU- Corsair SF750 | Cooling- NZXT Kraken X52

If the fans are plugged in to molex power then they are running at 100%. A fan controller is only used to turn them down, not up.

my fans are not running at full rpm. they are barely pulling anything. i cant even feel anything off of my 200mm

Well a fan controller will not help in that case...

Have you checked that the fan is running at the rated rpm by plugging it into a motherboard header?

You could just use a fan splitter.

what do you mean

Oh ok, well you can plug one end of the splitter into your motherboard and your fans the other end, that way you can control them rather than just have them plugged into the psu.
