Gpu: Rx 9070 non xt PURE

cpu: r7 9700x

Motherboard: B850 Tomahawk

 

Power Supply: Rm1000e 1000w

 

SSD: Some m.2 nvme

 

Ram: 32gb Kingston 5200m/t

I'm not an expert in this so I don't know exactly what number you're expecting. But one option would be to try a fresh install of an OS and see if that fixes it at all
