Assuming that because you were resetting you don't care about data, and assuming you are doing so with the built in Windows reset method,

 

Instead, you want to burn a USB stick with a Windows installer, boot from it, wipe your drive and install fresh.

 

 

What made you try to reset your PC in the first place?

Well, usually people "reset" because they don't want to lose any data, however it usually doesn't work (for many reasons, one that the feature is actually kinda broken since XP lol)
