Need help updating bios

I purchased the GIGABYTE X870E AORUS ELITE WIFI7 ICE motherboard and my REV is 1.3 but, on the website, they only have 1.2 and I don't know how to update my bios.

are you able to determine what is different between rev.1.2 and 1.3?

For instance I had the same thing, no idea what revision my board was until I had it in hand.

then what BIOS to use?

It didn't matter for me, the only difference between the different revisions was the connector for the WiFi antenna. all the chipset and things effected by BIOS were the same. The only way I figured it out was by comparing the pictures of the boards, everything in the specs was identical.

so long story short, sometimes the differences in revisions have nothing to do with bios features unless a chipset change was done, like for audio.

GIGABYTE motherboard have a thing call Q-Flash Utility use this you can easy to update bios.utiltiy_qflash_uefi.pdf

I can't find a 1.3 REV of that motherboard on the web.

 

Are you sure that you are looking at the correct motherboard?
