What psu do you have? Make and model.

What do you mean by crashing? The computer crashes? The game? What happens when it happens?

Hate to double-down on questions but we need sum more, otherwise we'd be just making guesses on what's wrong.

Are you saying that just the screen goes blank and something still happens on background, or it freezes in this state? As in the fans still spinning but the system is locked up. Or, the PC just turns off by itself?

For general troubleshooting steps I'd fully reinstall the drivers using DDU and check the temps on the GPU when playing.

In addition to DDU, also do SFC and DISM.
Then check Event Viewer for any Application Errors or Criticals (click Event Viewer Local in the side panel to get a summary)

OP I think you might want to look at this thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/AMDHelp/comments/z7u15c/radeon_rx_5600_xt_consistent_crashing_black_screen/

Essentially, it turns out that AMD forced a BIOS update on 5600xt cards that bumped their VRAM clocks. Made them somewhat faster on paper but a ton of cards started crashing just like you described it - to the black screen. People been flashing older BIOS versions on their cards and it seems to have fixed it, but that thread has some other solutions you might try too.

Not really, you can go back and find more. Just make sure to select your exact model and the BIOS where the memory clock is lower than 1750: https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/?architecture=&manufacturer=Powercolor&model=RX+5600+XT&version=&interface=&memType=&memSize=&since=

And one more reddit thread with more info on this, it has the other workarounds I've mentioned in my previous post. I was half asleep and posted a link to a different thread 🫠 https://www.reddit.com/r/AMDHelp/comments/13t7590/everyone_still_having_crashes_with_a_rx_5600_xt/
