My girlfriends got me the Precision set and I don't wanna let them know there's something wrong with it but....

I got two TR15s, I'm missing the TR25.

I don't have an invoice, I didn't buy it.... I emailed support. Does anyone know If They can help or if anyone that works at LTT can help?

When I emailed them, I provided a picture of the two TR15s as proof? IDK if that will help?

Thanks

It’s the holiday season, so their office is probably closed until January. I’d give them a little time to respond, since they handle hundreds (or even thousands) of support tickets. I’m confident they’ll get back to you! One tip: make sure to include the full name of the person who purchased it in your ticket, as they can likely use that to pull up the order details more quickly.

PLEASE QUOTE ME IF YOU ARE REPLYING TO ME

could always ask the girlfriend for the order number, that will greatly accelerate the ticket.

also, contact LTTstore support, include pictures of the bits and the package they came in, and ideally the order number and name of the person that ordered it.

expect responses to be fairly slow, it's the holiday season after all which means lots of people taking time off combined with a huge amount of orders (compounded with some recent issues around a bug in their fullfillment system)

It's not their fault, and you will need order number or receipt for support claim. It's not uncommon to have something wrong with Christmas present, usually size or more than one of the same. You shouldn't feel ashamed about it.

Support is probably back on Monday but there's most likely quite a lot others wanting assistance too and your problem is not critical. It's easy to rectify though so if you can give all details in one message, you might get replacement sent quickly.

Well this is a great excercise for good adult communication!

Either way order number and more info will be needed for a replacement/refund/whatever. So go get that.

Broken, wrong, unwanted,... Christmas gifts are super common. So dont worry about it and just have a normal chat about it
