Why so expensive? RX6400

So I have this rx6400 card for a while now for my dell sff pc and dont need it anymore and was curious on how much people are reselling these and to my surprise people are selling this cards second hand on ebay for 150 - 180$, but why. pretty much anywhere people are selling these cards for outrageous amounts of money especially when its a hp oem model.

Can someone give me more info on this?

Are they actually getting that much for them? Or just listing them at that price?  Cuz it ain't that good of a card.

Modern low profile cards without a power connector aren't that easy to find, so I'd guess that might be one reason. They're not listed that high in my region, but there's a good supply of old LP cards like 1050/1650.

that is the going rate for these lp cards. if i remeber right intel arc had a lp card they put out and sold out in minits 

 

but this would be the signal slot low profile card with no extra power needed.
