Hello, over a couple of years, I've been always wanted to build a PC, but I do not know where to start on what parts I need to look for in order to get where I want to go.

What's my budget?

As far as the budget that I am willing to spend, I'm willing to spend around $2000 to $2500, and keep in mind that I am in the US.

What I'm trying to go for?

I'm mostly gonna be using my PC for gaming, game recording and maybe streaming, programming, game development, drawing, and using 3D tools such as Blender. For gaming, I'm looking to do high-end gaming, which in this case, I would like to play any game that's out there, whether if it's a AAA game or an indie game, I would like to explore more options of what I want to play.

Plans regarding monitors.

Right now, I'm using 2 monitors, both 1920 x 1080 px. However, I'm planning on getting a third monitor sometime in the future with the same resolution as the two I have right now.

Do I need peripherals?

As far as peripherals go, I'm good. For monitors, like I mentioned before, I'm planning on getting a third monitor, but I prefer not to get this monitor around the same time as when I'm getting the parts I need for the PC itself, but again, I am getting a third monitor soon. To be clear, the OS I'm targeting is Windows.

Why I wanted to do this?

There are a few reasons why I decided to upgrade. First of all, at this time, I'm using a gaming laptop in which it has been having heating problems lately, and I remembered last year, the battery was so hot, it popped the front part of my laptop. Although my laptop ran fine, it had some problems with the mouse track pad which causes unwanted clicks since the damage happened around that part of the laptop. Despite that I did get a replacement, this is something that I would rather not do again.  However, I'm still having heating problems with the laptop I'm on.
Another reason why is because the laptop I'm using is a Razer brand laptop, and I wanted to get out of this brand because I heard bad rumors about them, and I want to see if I could move on into something else.

Hopefully that this is all the information you need to help me point into the right direction and I am looking forward to see any recommendations you will offer me.

Thank you.

If you'd like to stay on 1080p I'd recommend we go for 9800X3D for CPU

We'll look to nvidia for GPU then

you COULD go 5080 but then I'd recommend 1440p. If you do go 5080 then put in this 5080 replacing the 5070 ti and this monitor

I would wait a month or so to see if RAM prices get back to normal seeing how the price of RAM has more than doubled these past few weeks. These builds are geared for gaming at 1440. The Intel build has the edge in productivity programs such as Blender and the AMD build has the edge in gaming. This SSD includes DRAM cache which is a plus.

Thanks for your reply, but how big is the difference for gaming if I were to focus on the edge in productivity? Like is it a big difference, or a small difference?

I apologize, but I do not think I understand this, is this for the resolutions of the monitor, or is it for the differences between the intel build and the AMD build, like what I was asking earlier?

Edit:
I'm assuming those are the differences between two monitors, but that is not what I was asking about.

What I'm asking about is like if I were to play a game on the intel build, and play that same game on the amd build, how big of a difference is there in terms of performance?  And if I were to choose the intel build, how often will I experience performance issues on any game?
