Bios frozen?

Wanted to play the new call of duty it told me my security wasn't enabled went through its FAQ to notice that my TPM version was not up to date try to update BIOS went a while then his Frozen in this place for approximately 35 minutes

Can't do much other than wait. Looks like it's in the middle of flashing, a reboot will most likely leave you with a non-working system.

I know I just was hoping for the best it had moved and other single segment about an hour and a half after I posted. So yeah looks like I'm going to have to buy a new motherboard unless someone has some suggestion

well if it moved, then I'd probably try leaving it the night

Yeah I'm just going to leave it for the rest of the day still ordering a new motherboard just in case
