nahh its just because of watch dogs and ive been seeing better fps on nvidia side maybe thats why ive been think on changing my gpu.. do you think changing my processor will do any good?

It'll be fine, I'm sure.

Give it 3 months and then they'll probably end up performing the same or incredibly similarly

Compatible with Windows 95

still any suggestions

... You're playing 1080p with a 290. I don't really care WHAT game you want to play, 60FPS should be really easy.

why don't you ask these questions to yourself? is the cpu letting you down? is the gpu letting you down? it all matters on how you think it performs.

If it's Watch_Dogs we're talking about, then no wodner.

Watch_Dogs is so STUPIDLY badly optimized it's unbearable for AMD. It works better for Nvidia, not because Nvidia cards are better, but because that game is AIMED TOWARDS Nvidia more. And I mean a lot more.

Could probably just wait and see if they fix Watch_Dogs. It's just a badly optimized game, it's not anywhere near being AMD's fault.
