I believe that - just like on MacOS - the kernel sees a USB 3.0 port as two separate ports.

In your list "High-speed" means USB 2.0, and "SuperSpeed" means 3.0.
USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 use different signaling buses and different controllers, even though they share the same physical ports.

While libvirt and by extension QEMU see the ports as separate, I believe it's also that - as @Eviljuche said - that the port is built to report more clearly both digital USB ports.
