i have  2 windows 11 pro desktops both will not wake up after i put it to sleep or it goes to sleep i can not wake it with the mouse or keyboard i wake it by hitting the power button it wakes but the screen stays black the led on my screen lights up  i hit (shift+ctrl+win key+b) does nothing i have to hold the power button it shuts down i hit it again and it resumes where i left off i just don't get it

Can we get some details on these machines? Up to date BIOSes? When did they get WIndows 11? Did you upgrade or clean install? When did this issue start? Hardware specifics?

Turn off

"fast start" 

 

 

Otherwise I have no idea works for me but I do have to hit the power button to wake it up too, takes literally 1 second and 2-3 seconds more for the screen to go on... (same on my laptop)

Also is your screen in standby (are you sure?)

 

I know it should automatically go into standby but who knows, so check if there's a led indicating standby.

yes my screen in standby has an orange led on wake or signal it turns white... and it does turn white then goes back to sleep

AMD Ryzen 7 2700  ram 32.0 GB DDR 4 bios is updated new pc x2 same biled and they both do the same thing from the store

I have tried that it seems my use loses power so it cant see the wake sig and yes i have gone into device manager made sure its on the usbs to wake and the mouse and keyboard
