Does this sound weird or normal? i have the fans at quiet, running corsair rs360 titan aio, 7 lx1220 fans and 6 of them ar lx120-r. msi 5090 gaming trio oc and its undervolted /
+2000 on the memory, a 9800x3d, asrock x670 pro rs mobo, 6500x case, lian li 1300w plat psu

What do you mean weird, yes I can hear fans. You got 13 fans  

Edit: If you get some resonance sound, then yes thats very possible since you got so many fans. You can read more about it:

i mean i have a total of 10 fans. something sounds like its chirping in the background
