This seems reasonable enough, but is there a reason you're looking at the RX 7800 XT instead of the RX 9070 non-XT?

The 9070 is a bit cheaper while also being newer and noticeably faster in basically everything, and this includes the Pulse model if you want to go Sapphire. https://au.pcpartpicker.com/product/6BLp99/sapphire-pulse-radeon-rx-9070-16-gb-video-card-11349-03-20g

The motherboard's VRMs here aren't that good. If you have the money to step up to something better, I'd recommend it.

Hardware Unboxed/TechSpot did some really good B650 and B850 round-ups that looked at the VRM performance of most boards on the market along with covering their feature sets if you want to look that over. Otherwise, let us know what features you need in a board and we can try to come up with some recommendations for something better.

7600 near same performance at $30 cheaper.

RAM pricy but RGB will also be hidden by the tower cooler.

mATX motherboard in an ATX case will look ugly.

No point in buying a 7000 series GPU now.

I've saved you $10, case with fans and best GPU AMD has to offer:

Depending how tight the budget is, the PC can be very nice, case(s) on my list are more expansive than yours, could use my PSU for your list.
