Hi all, I'm completely stumped on this.  Running Windows 11 on a Lenovo Legion Desktop and I'm stuck in this loop of it saying "Diagnosing" and then jumping to this screen.  I can't get it to boot to the bootable W11 usb I have in one of the ports?  This is the 3rd loop it's in now (after the 30 mins expires) and keyboard and mouse don't respond either. At this point I am even open to a factory reset but can't get anywhere as it's stuck in this loop.  I hard shut it down at least 3-4 times to see if I could boot into or get some recovery options but it just keeps going to "Diagnosing" and then jumping to this screen?  Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance!

I’ve never seen this screen before in all my time using and installing Windows 11. It sounds like you’ll need a wired internet connection to see if Windows can fix the issue. If not, you may need to do a clean install of Windows 11. Make sure to back up your files first!

Definitely a strange one.  Spent the last 4 hrs pulling the drive, formatting it and finally able to boot to the bootable W11 usb.  I had to also reset Bios to defaults and then use a diff keyboard as I wasn't able to remove the bootable W11 usb drive from the "excluded list" in the bios.  I unplugged every usb device I had except a corded mouse and kb.  It's reinstalling W11 rn.  It's almost like the bios and OS got corrupted at the same time?  Fingers crossed.  Thanks for all your feedback!
