Hello,

I gotm y 3440x1440 around 6 years ago I had ryzen 3600 and 1080ti back then (till this year) and it was a struggle all the way I had to usually run smth like medium to low settings to hit 60 fps and barely any games I (I play) coudl hit monitors 100Hz refresh rate stable. this year I got 5800x3d and now 9070 xt, it feels great yes, but as time passes I play less and less "different" game and constantly play only few specific + single player releases.

and in those specific titles fps is still often very mediocre, for example in modded stalker anomaly I still hitting avg of 70-90fps (bump from 40-60 I had with 3600 and 1080ti for sure).

So I decided to look into potentially go back to 16:9 1440p and update my current monitor with a new OLED or smth and like 140/160Hz and new version of freesync, mby even getting two of those to also replace my old AOC 4k 32" second monitor (too big was used as TV at first :D). to have a clean two same monitor setup and a boost of avg 15-20% in fps (checked some videos and on avg its 15 to 22% boost in fps)

what currenty a good monitors to look into, I dont have a very specific budget, but shops to look at is - 1a.lt, skytech.lt, kilobaitas.lt and ofc as budget as possible but I understand OLED can be expensive.

currently thinking about this one, watched some videos comparison and this popped up as most decent. although price is a bit on high end.

This one is tandem OLED - https://www.skytech.lt/mo27q28g-gigabyte-mo27q28g-280hz-woled-gaming-monitor-nvidia-gsync-compatible-wq-p-797291.html

Though a bit lower refresh rate it has some other advantages, being tandem OLED.

what is tandem oled dont think I heard of it before. and 280 is more than enough even 240 is fine Im non fps player so such high is only goot for the eyes in overall usage in my case.

Tandem RGB OLED-s are the newer type of OLED. I believe Google AI can give a better overview: Tandem RGB?

Aslo here's a review of that given Gigabyte monitor:

yes I checked it now sounds amazing, monitor specs and desc are amazing for sure. only problem. I just got amd gpu and wont go nvidia any time soon, so gsync is basically useless? would definetly prefer having new gen free sync isntead

EDIT

Oh I see it says its free sync pro supported too. hmmmm will look into it a bit more might be the choice.
