So I recently got a new monitor for my birthday and when I first got to setting everything up, it all worked perfectly for about 3 days. However yesterday and today I've been battle with a issue where my video playback doesn't work unless I either have the HDR setting disabled OR I hover over the quality selector on youtube. Local playback and games are working perfectly still. It only affects online streaming with youtube, sportsnet, netflix, disney+ etc. I've tried multiple setting through windows to get it working as it was with no luck. I attached a video to my issue if anyone with the expertise could help a man out.

It's a LG Ultragear 32GS60QX-B 32-inch QHD (2560x1440) 1000R Curved Gaming Monitor. Connected via a DP cable.

it's not really an hdr monitor so it may or may not accept all hdr signals.

That could be the case but I just don't understand why it was working perfectly for a few days without issue to now not working at all only when I stream video online. Games and local video/Blu-Ray work perfectly with HDR enabled. It seems like its a browser issue but I did try to reinstall chrome and firefox and it didn't work. I might try to reinstall windows as I need to do that anyways and hope that fixes the issue. I'm rocking my old GTX 1080 too as my other graphics card artifacts. Might need to upgrade that too. Not too sure

Edit: I also tried my monitor on my Xbox Series S with HDR enabled and youtube etc, it all works.... I'm thinking it might be down to my GPU. I'll reinstall windows tomorrow and give you an update.

WDYM? Like you keep your mouse over the button or else it glitches?

I say software

When I'm watching a standard HD video on youtube that's not HDR, the video plays but I get a greyed out video and when I go to change the quailty but not select anything, the video will come on and play as normal. As soon as I click out of the quailty selector it goes back to grey but still plays. The video I uploaded to youtube will show you.
