Hello Internet,

I have €350 to spend on tech/computer upgrades. My specs are below.

CPU:  Intel Core i7-3930K 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor  (£423.59 @ Aria PC)

CPU Cooler:  Zalman CNPS11X Performa CPU Cooler  (£27.95 @ Amazon UK)

Motherboard:  ASRock X79 Extreme3 ATX LGA2011 Motherboard  (£168.58 @ Dabs)

Storage:  Samsung 840 Pro Series 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  (£87.78 @ CCL Computers)

Video Card:  MSI GeForce GTX 780 Ti 3GB Video Card  (£499.87 @ Scan.co.uk)

Case:  NZXT Switch 810 (White) ATX Full Tower Case  (£109.40 @ Scan.co.uk)

Monitor:  Asus PB278Q 27.0" Monitor  (£447.92 @ Scan.co.uk)

Sound Card:  Asus Xonar DGX 24-bit 96 KHz Sound Card  (£24.61 @ Scan.co.uk)

Other: 42" Samsung TV

Other: AKG K702 with anniversary edition pads

I will need a new screen in a few months time as I will not be able to use the TV any more. I might want to watercool, at 3.9GHz the system gets 85C max at 100% load (Running P95). I might want an amplifier for my K702s, but the audio levels are okay for me.

I could get a larger SSD.

I will be saving some of this money and will probably give a little of it to a charity of my choice.

Thanks,

Jobo

I would upgrade the ram, X79 chipset is meant to run quad channel, everything else is beast though.

Oh, possibly the cooler.
