Graphics card recommendations for setup

Was looking for a mid to high tier graphics card to pair with my setup. Nothing too expensive but a right card to go with the build.

 

 

Setup: 

NZXT H7 Case

Intel i7-12700k

32GB DDR5-5600 m/t

Storage: WD Black 500GB NVME Gen 4 + Crucial P3 1TB NVME Gen 3

Asus Prime Z690 (Non Wifi) Motherboard

EVGA SuperNova G3 850w 80+ Gold Power Supply

Like if you were laying at 4k a 5090 is even an option so we do need more info

Not really interested in 4k gaming. 2K/1080P
