Kill WiFi Auto-connect

You will need to do his per access point.

Open Settings / Network & internet.

Click the Wi-Fi page

Click the "Show available networks" option

Select the access point 

Uncheck the Connect automatically option.

 

Or simply turn Bluetooth off, until you are ready to use it.
