Switch to HWInfo instead, it doesn't do that (at least much more rarely). 

Thanks, the updated scores. I didn't enable any overclocking either since my ram isn't supported so I can't even xmp. I can however say watercooling does help when you are running your computer in 90 degree ambient air.

I mean, you can enable PBO as that will help keep the frequency higher for longer. 

 

What do you mean by your RAM isn't supported so you can't enable XMP? Do you mean that it's not on the QVL? If so that doesn't mean it won't work, it just means the motherboard manufacturer hasn't tested it. What motherboard and RAM specifically do you have?

No i tried enabling xmp i even tried the custom timings to match the other supported ram from the same brand. It crashes with any settings changes from default. Have to remove the cmos battery to make it recover too.
