no sata power

i have just built a rig nothing to good but have got a brand new Aresze jans psu 550w 650w max 80 plus bronze cert

i pluged it all in to my computer and it wont start i worked my way through unpluging stuff and have narrowed it down to any sata power ie fan hub ssd i have 2 that i have tried i ran a sat cabl from another pc and fans are fine ssds are knowen working 

 

so the poblem it seems to trip every time i plug any thing in to the sata cable if un plugged or nothing attached I can use the pc as m.2 all the cables are supplied with the psu so no crossed compatibility would you say its a doa psu

for the love of god, send that PSU into the sun. Also, googling the name shows a 5 year old reddit thread in which a user had no SATA power (cables) provided. maybe in another 5 years theyll have sorted out SATA power for their customers.
