Desperate for some advice.

I am trying to start a small business that takes videos of cars on The Tail of The Dragon.  I have figured out where and how to take the video.  Now I need a place to sell it.  I need some sort of video hosting site to integrate into my website that will allow the following:  Narrow results by day and time,  Preview a low res version, purchase a 4k version.  The photo guys like Killboy use Photoreflect(dot)com.  I tried asking them if they would do video but they were not interested.  I have tried sellfy vimeo and mediazilla.  They are all a bad fit as they are pushing a more subscription based video model. Each video is roughly no longer than 20 seconds.  There are roughly 500 videos a day. My guess is about 500 gigs a day of edited footage being uploaded daily.  Data turn over rate is probably 2 weeks.  

Does any one have any ideas who I might be able to contact? I have spent roughly 3 weeks beating my head on my desk and the desk cant take much more.

So long as you're keeping an organised copy (and backups!) of all videos, what's stopping you from using youtube as your "low res watermarked sample" site?
