@RONOTHAN## how do i know what my ram die is? not sure i have hynix dies

The speed bin you have (6000 CL32) is always some sort of Hynix die. In my experience it's usually 16Gb M die, and with AM5 you will want to raise the tRFC slightly (do 600 instead of the recommended 500).

I'd use TestMem5 with the 1usmus_v3 preset modified to run for a few hours to stress test. MemTest86 like was recommended above doesn't have a good reputation at finding memory errors related to overclocking.

It is recommended to run a few memory stress tests though, not just one.

It definitely doesn't hurt to run, but I've personally never seen it pick up on errors unless other stress tests are finding a ton of errors. I still do keep a USB of it around though, it's very covenient for more homelab works

@RONOTHAN## where can i download the 1usmus config cant find it anywhere

Modify the 13th line (or the one that says "Cycles=3") to a higher number of cycles, something like 30. 3 loops usually isn't enough to find errors.

@RONOTHAN## awesome got any other recommendations before i hop into my bios to adjust my settings?

Not really, there's not much more past that tutorial other than how to use TestMem5 and you might need to set TRFC to 600 rather than 500 like recommended.

The main performance increase will come from tightening the timings, and also increasing RAM speeds.

AMD Ryzen™ 5 5600g w/ Radeon Graphics | 16GB DDR4-3200 RAM | 256GB NVME SSD + 2TB HDD | Amazon Basics 2.0 Speakers
