My Benq GL2450 is flickering a lot

I think It's a refresh rate problem (60 hertz currently) but when I try resetting it, the problem a resolved for a minute or so but starts flickering again. 
Any Solutions other than changing the refresh rate?

I have the same monitor, I have no issues at all. 

 

I thought the default refresh rate was 50hz.

yeah but I set it to 60hz but do you have any solutions though?

Set it back to 50Hz, there is no noticeable difference. This is not like 30Hz vs. 60Hz where the difference is huge.

Did you only just get the monitor? You could RMA it.

I'm playing with the settings on mine right now, if you press the menu button on the side then navigate right over to "system", press enter and scroll down to "reset all". Select that and see if it fixes it.

 

If that doesn't fix it your monitor is well and truly broken  :(

It worked!!! thanks man, hopefully it start flicker again :)
