CalDigit TS3 Plus Compatibility

Hello,
 

I have an Asus PA278CGV monitor connected to my MacBook using the USB-C cable that came with the monitor. I need a docking station because I've run out of USB ports on the monitor. What I want is for the USB ports on the monitor to continue working after I connect the monitor to the docking station via USB-C.
 

Does anyone know if this setup will work before I buy the dock?
