Unable to open chrome

Randomly, I wasn't able to open the Chrome browser. whenever I try it, it flickers in the corner of my screen and then closes. I tried it on my laptop as well, but the same thing happens. I've tried reinstalling and deleting whatever I could that was related to Chrome on my PC, but no luck. any fixes?
