GPU Help? Oozing viscous orange liquid.

Hey LTT Forums, made a new account solely for this… Friends PC kicked the bucket and had no display output, so I took out the GPU and cracked it open…. What is this? It has a strong smell and seems very viscous. Has anyone seen this before? What do I do? (RX 480)

There is no way this was on the GPU when you cracked it open, it would have been squished into the die from the mounting pressure.

Not trolling, I’m seriously at a loss and have no idea where to go. Do I wipe it up and hope it still works? I just need some help with this man not some false accusations. What happened to innocent until proven guilty?

When you're posting pictures of a liquid on a graphics card that obviously has never had the cooler on it, you're just trolling.

Totally normal. If you open an Nvidia card they look the same but green.
