Hello chat I bought the following items to build my pc as a first timer:

Case: Lian Li O11D EVO RGB

CPU: Intel i9-14900K

Motherboard: ASUS Z790 Motherboard

CPU cooler Be Quiet Pure Loop 2 360mm AIO

Ram: 32GB G.Skill DDR5

SSD: Samsung 990 EVO

PSU: Corsair RM1000e

GPY: ASRock RX 7900 XTX

Fans: Lian Li Uni Fan SL-Infinity

Monitor: ACERAC 27" QOLED X27U MONITOR/G

Attached are the motherboard and aio cooler, can't attach the manual for Lian Li O11D EVO RGB because it exceeds 20mb.

Here's what I have done so far:

Installed the CPU, SSD and Ram into the motherboard

I also installed the Be Quiet Pure Loop 2 360mm AIO on top and its 3 fans that come with it.

I connected 3 uni fans together and plugged it into the controller.

I installed and connect the PSU into the motherboard.

What I'll be having trouble with is cable connection.

-There are 6 cables from the case's I/O. 3 are very thin and flat and 3 are regular cables. One is HD audio and the other is F Panel (both are thin and flat)

-2 cables from the AIO cooler. One is attached right next to the square thing that is to be glued to the CPU and the other cable is coming out of the barrel shape thing.

What wires go into what ports on the mainboard? I tried but Youtube and Chatgpt but it gets confusing.

F(ront) Panel (Usually the USB ports on the case) and HD Audio (case audio jacks) should have slots around the bottom edge of the motherboard i.e way below the pcie slots. I can't say without a pic of the wires but the super thin ones may be for the power/reset button etc. Can you attach a pic of the wires?

Take a pic of the cables ends (the connector part), there isn't a standard on which pc case's cables should be thin or not thin, so saying just "FLAT" or "ROUND" may mean something in 1 case but other in other case.

And I'd rather not assume.

Left one is Front panel USB-C port's connector , plug to Number 8 in the manual pic you posted.

Middle one (marked HD Audio) is Front Panel Aux port's connector, plug to 15 . See the connector pins, one of it is empty, line that with the empty spot on the header.

Right one (the widest) is Front Panel USB3 Port's connector., plug to 9

The bottom one  is Front panel buttons & indicator lights connector (F-Panel marking), goes to 18.

See your motherboard manual for the header's pinouts, and refer to PC case's manual for the pinout of that F-Panel connector. Match them.

The one 2nd from bottom (3 pin holes), is ARGB connector, goes to 11

Third one from bottom (widest one) connects to PSU's SATA cable. If it comes from your AIO then it's most likely power cable for the AIO pump.

So for the third one of the bottom which is the widest one and has the words SATA in it is coming from my case.

Most likely Lian-Li's way to power the RGB built into the pc case itself then.

I'm not sure which cable to connect it to. ImageImage

These are PSU cables, refer to your PSU manual  where to plug which.

If no manual is available, see if there's markings on the cable's connector, match it with the marking on the PSU side.

example : If the cable connector says "PCIe" then you plug that connector to the header marked "PCIe" on the PSU side.

See the shape and pin, it's the same connector as in your previous post I replied.

In short :

Pic is unclear from that angle.

I'm guessing it's Pump PWM cable. If so, it plugs to number 4 (the rightmost one that is marked AIO_PUMP)

Uh... i think you need to read / watch video about building PC in general.
