KVM Extender or something else?

I am looking to find a cheap solution to run my desktop pc in another room in my house. I have found some kvm extenders for hdmi 4k 120hz and for usb 2.0. I am struggling to find a single product with both that is easy to set-up and only need to run a single line. Sadly I don't have linus money, any recommendations for how I can run a single cord for hdmi display, mouse, and keyboard for maybe 50ft?

Im pretty sure at that distance you will need to use Fiber Optic. No it's not cheap.

For what purpose? Remote game play with little to no lag? Or simply to remotely manage your PC?
