b580 doesn`t work

i need help with a graphics card: my intel as rock b580 12gb after installing the drivers doesn`t work properly and stutters badly in games

how can i solve?

{I've checked the intel driver support and it tells me something about the resizable bar}

Specs of your pc?

 

The b580 to work properly needs to have resizable bar enable. This is a setting in the bios that you need to turn on. If your computer is modern enough it has it but it seems to not be enabled. If it's too old it won't have it and then the b580 is not the right card for you to buy.

Have you tried uninstalling all GPU drivers with DDU? Display Driver Uninstaller. Sometimes helps by removing all traces of other GPU drivers.

Extract it to some folder of your liking and run it from there.

Tell us the CPU and motherboard please.

 

Is re-sizeable bar definitely enabled and working? You can check with GPU-Z.

 

I'd suggest reinstalling Windows if you can (have backups, etc), since it would help to rule out driver problems left over from previous cards.

Have you checked temps and such in hwinfo's sensor tab?

ok done and intalled the driver

i`ve just installed a 700 w psu 

and i jus noticed someting weird, in the game bar and task manager it says that i`m still using the integrated graphics

{the hdmi cable is connected to the gpu}
