Obviously don't buy that monitor and the nvme should be fine. I'm always skeptical using parts second hand but storage is usually one of those that stays pretty decent. but yeah... DO NOT buy that monitor. Can definitely look into getting a 1080p monitor 120hz for less than $100 USD. Given your specs, you're obviously ballin on a budget. So unless you're planning on using the nvme to install games on it then there's really no point to upgrade it. You could also look into a SATA SSD as a compliment to your HDD. A 1TB SATA SSD can be had for about $50 USD which will still be faster than your HDD. Again tho, with your specs I can't see you playing any games that would require needing to be installed on a SSD in the first place. So... I would just look into getting a new monitor. You're really not going to benefit from upgrading your NVMe unless you plan on installing games on it. Which since you only have one m.2 slot then you're going to have to reinstall your OS on it as well.

Can you get a job or something?

Looking at trash items isn't viable.  You have some nice components, need to bring everything else up to the 5600X level.

I'd get all SSD< lose the HDD>   That 1TB looks fine, it's a gamble but not a huge one.  No idea why you're even looking at an obviously busted as hell monitor though, can you explain the thought process?

Then look at actual WORKING monitors, 1080p is more than fine and should be cheap.

Thats harsh. But nevertheless outside of some countries with large tariffs on NAND flash, 31$ for 1TB is quite ass. 11$ more and you are looking at brand new nvme SSDs.

Sorry, I cut to the end.  I was going to ask his budget, but it's obviously as inexpensive as possible.  He seems young, so I figure an odd job or two, getting paid to do some chores or something, etc.  Nothing more than I did as a young lad, nor what I would make my own kids do.

Wasn't trying to be harsh, just took a shortcut.  My bad.

Look at a 1080P 144+ Hz IPS monitor ($100 USD). A less expensive upgrade would be a set of 2x16GB DDR4-3200 CL16.
